2024 DEKA FIT Road Show - Birmingham, UK

This DEKA FIT Birmingham Road Show is a slimmed down version of the big show featuring the same 10 functional fitness zones preceded by a 500-meter run as all DEKA FIT events, giving you the opportunity to earn your DEKA FIT Mark, DEKA Trifecta, and Finishers Shirt & Medals! Additionally, DEKA FIT Marks from this roadshow will be added to the Global Leaderboard which means you can also qualify at this event for the 2024 DEKA World Championships!
